Hi, It depends on the nature and/or complexity of the application. If you are not a salaried employee, they may choose to do some verification checks before the application is approved. This is normal procedure and you have nothing to worry about, as long as you have provided all the required docume...

You could include another bank statement from a different account with some funds to get you over the maintenance threshold if you have one.

This will clear up any ambiguity and make you more relaxed when you make the application.

Good luck

He is correct about not appealling. Basically, regardless of the excuse you have given, you lied in your application and that's why you were rejected. I don't know what difference it makes if you wait a while or you just apply again immediately, because the lie and the refusal is still in your recor...

I agree with Peppekalle that it will probably be easier to re-apply and address the issues that raised concerns, as appeals usually take a while.

Can you also let us know what exactly your sponsor said and why what they said affected you negatively?

Be wary of asking for such services as if you search on the forum, you will see cases were people have had negative experiences by using "agents" to source these appointments. I suggest you try and book it yourself like the rest of us.

There is no such thing as best PEO or worst PEO, as the case workers follow rules to approve visas. The fact that 100 people go to say Sheffield or Cardiff and a huge proportion get their approvals simply means that they provided all the necessary documents and the case worker was satisfied, and is ...

Hi, It is not a manadatory requirement as you are already carrying the payslips. Some people choose to show payslips, bank statements and add non manadatory documents such as a letter from your employer showing a salary breakdown which is basically the same thing as a payslip as it shows the same in...

You don't have to contact anyone. They can book to travel anytime within the period alloted to them on the visa. Even if they buy tickets to stay for say 3 months and they want to alter it and stay for only 1 month, it is fine, as people's plans can change. The issue is not to breach the conditions ...

Hi,

2 questions:

1. Why did you overstay?
2. Was your overstay not declared on the application that was made for your business visa or for your Tier 1 visa?
