Did you declare anywhere in your application that you had simple caution < 24 months.
Many thanks, I am in similar situation and my ILR is due in June 2015 whereas the simple caution was given in Aug 2014.
I also have a similar Caution , I have heard it takes 2 years after the caution to apply for ILR, if you do it before that there are chances of rejection. Can you pls let us know what was the outcome of your application. Thanks- Andy
Hi I have a tier 1 visa(got from India) which to expire in June 2012. While extending it I want to add my wife and child. Currently my wife has a Tier 2 and is not my dependent. Wanted to know if I can add them as dependent from the UK or does she have to apply seperately from India? Thanks Anindya
