Guys if you have used solicitor for your application, ask them to send a complaint letter as this is what mine did and HO responded quick post which I got mine granted.

After 7 months of stressful wait I got my approval which was informed by my solicitor as Home Office have sent them my BRP. Thank you forum members as I did find it very useful here. Just to let you guys going for interview that UKBA isn't collecting supporting/ additional documents anymore at the interview, instead those documents has to be sent by post to them if you feel the need to do so. This is what happened with me but I guess it applies to all those about to give or have...

Ask for compensation for time and travel Wish it was that easy :( It is not that difficult. The only thing is that when we surrender our rights in front of others then we think that it is not possible. Anyhow this is not difficult I agree. I am working on it. Keep you posted if any developments.

I wont be surprised if they got back to you stating they have lost your interview transcripts and want to interview again which they did to me. Hope for the best.

Hi, it can take 4 to 5 weeks after the interview, so your decision should be round the corner.
