Re: Tier 2 ICT - Extension Visa Processing Timelines

Hi,

I want to know if I can apply extension 3 months before the existing Tier 2 visa due expires? would that be too early?

In the extension of Tier 2 application form, it says the application is free, am I right?

Required evidence for Tier 2 Visa application

Hi, my CoS is granted, I am now preparing required documents for Tier 2 Visa application.

I wondering,
do I need to provide documents to proof that a RLMT has been done?
do I need to provide document to proof the 'Appropriate salary' that I have stated in the application form?

Please help.
