OCI Card Photo Query

The Photo requirement for OCI card is 51x51 mm. Is this very strict.

I have photos from my British Passport - 35x45mm.

Will it be accepted for OCI card application?

Quick question -

I am planning to surrender my family's indian passport in person at the Goswell Road VFS center.

Can someone confirm if my wife and two kids (5 and 3) also needs to be present in person while submitting the passport and at collection ?

1) Yes. There is no discretion on this requirement. It's either pass or fail. 2) No. There is no such requirement for children. Please note that the qualifying period for your wife is 5 years and not 3 years (which only applies to spouse of BC). Your children will apply under section 3(1). See more...

I have also checked with couple of people in the forum and and immigration consultant. They have advised that it will not be an issue, as she emtred Uk 5 years before as your dependent.
