The VFS website says change in visa fees for T1 Gen dependents, can anyone confirm this ?

1. Country of application: India
2. City of Visa Application Centre: Pune
3. Date of application: 3 Dec 2010
4. Date of submission of documents: 3 Dec 2010
5. Date Entry Clearance valid from: 03 Feb 2011
6. Duration for Entry Clearance: 2 years
7. Date passport received: 07 Feb 2011

Not about monthly limit...but based on what i understand now there is no monthly limit in place...they will process all the applications they have in this month it self..... I spoke to a very nice lady at BHC helpline , she asked for my passport number, checked in her system and told me my applicat...

How come people who applied on December 16th got their visa ??? I do not understand ?

My status remians the same, I sent a complaint to VFS yesterday, is there a way to send a complaint to the BHC ? There is a user MOGA84 who in another post has written that he complaint to both VFS and BHC and got his visa in 2 days ?

Any thoughts ?

I came to know that a Dec 12th applicant in Pune got his Visa issued today ......not sure what is going on....I applied on Dec 3rd, all papers in order I hope

I read on the VFS UAE website that between Jan 6 and 11 there will be delays in issuing visa's as there is a UKBA systems upgrade....I would think that this is a common online system and maybe the reason for the delays...

Frndz - I applied from Pune on Dec 3rd, till date it shows 'Processing' and someone who applied on Dec 16th IN pUNE got it last week.

Any insights ? I am SUCKING MY THUMB
