Thanks A lot for your reply vinny.Just wondering about the rule change on 1st october 2012 regarding 28 days grace period.As the time of application there was 10 day grace period.

1. Can that be any effect?
2.How long does it take to come when we apply for SAR?

If you get ILR before the child is born and if the child is born in the UK, then the child will be British (otherwise than by descent) from birth and you will not need to register them.
