Thanks for such a great guide. We have been visited yesterday, it was a post-licence audit. The only problem was we are paying the employee in cash due to bank transfer in progress. could anyone please quide us if this could be a problem. and how long they take to give the results

in my initial application i switched from PSW to tier 2 general.
i provided 6 months payslips, but I dont think I need previous payslips this time, as the compony is taking RMLT.
please guide me if i m wrong

do i need to show hours per week?

hi,
for the cos application if my salary is £15.88 in code of practice working 48 hours p/w. So if I calculate, it becomes 15.88*48*52=39636.48.

my employer has showed 40k per annum
will they count it as 48 hours per week or they needed to tell in the form that i m working 48 h.

please guide me
