it takes 3-4 weeks to process at AIT. they date stamp files the day they receivethem, then takes 3 weeks to process them and put it on the computer systems, Letters are sent out to ur representative and the appellant and the Post that made refusal, and given a date usually 19 weeks to return what is...

its classed has accessing public funds, entry clearance will refuse your application and u will have to win it on appeal from uk courts im afraid.

Ask your barrister to make inquiries he should sort out the problem. It takes six weeks for the appeal allowed to return to the embassy and then a further 2 weeks for u to provide your passport. Appealed 26 Jan 11 (UK appeal)
Sent to post 14 Feb 11. Post has 19 weeks to send bundle back to UK if they stick to refusal.

just heard, have immigration officer 19 weeks, to provide copy's of papers to be used in court. this is taking too long, really depressed now. they are going to respond after june 23rd! Definatly some of the rules need changing especially wa8ing times for appeals and settlement visas. Labour definatly have made things worse.

Process

Hi guys their have been some changes to the appeals process From Jan 2011 with timelines and alot of other changes happening also. i think new changes replace the old gudience labour government formed.

Pelease read "Modernised Guidence" section to see changes.

alright harpz have yourself been through the appeals process in UK or any other member.

If so, whats the time line , i have applied for papers only appeal. not an oral hearing due to the length of time it takes for a court hearing apparantly 30 weeks.

Fiance visa

No Checks have been made by the ECO...... passport has not been collected yet so not 100% visa has been issued until in my hand.
harv is 80% of my documents was originals not photocopes and i showed £6000 of savings account balance.
