Applying for Entrepreneur Visa

Hi

My brother wants to come to UK from India

1. Can he come here on a short diploma course and then apply for the visa while studying?

2. Can I transfer 50k funds from my business account into his savings account to show funds for investing in business?

Question is that, example, if for some reason I get a traffic offence for speeding then what will happen for ILR. Will I have to go back.

Offences will not be done on purpose but can happen as Mistakes Can Happen From every One.

Hi, Please note. While proving any evidence of salary, The components shown should be as part of your income. i.e. it should reflect in your appointment /revision letter. The amount should reflect in your payslip. And you should clearly put a note that it is part of your salary. Any component beside...

So I should not make my wife as part of the company.

Should I pay myself dividends.

Is it ok if I take just 1000 as salary and the remaining as dividends.

Thanks John.

Regards
Sanjay

PLEASE NOTE: VERY IMPORTANT.

Uplift Ration Multiplier can be uplied only for your Indian income for which you were physically present in India. For the Indian income that you have received while you were in UK, you cannot uplift but can only use the Rs to GBP conversion and show it as your income.

There should not be any problem if she has not paid any income tax as long as her income is not eligible for tax. NIC I think is not deducted for the first year so that should also be fine. If she provides all relevant documents like - original payslips - original bank statements - other docs as req...

Hi PaperPusher, I did not understand this "You cannot use the expenses part of your payslip, after all that money is simply being repaid to you because that is what you have incurred - hence no tax paid.". I take monthly salary and pay income tax also. How will it matter to Ho. Regards San...
