Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

@i.need.help & adnan111 I've slipped up with authenticating the wage slips as I didn't realise this was a requirement. I'm hoping that In Sha Allah they will have enough supporting documents to let this slip up slide. Don't worry this is a pretty minor thing. I am pretty confident they cannot r...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

3.3.7. Payslips must be original formal payslips issued by the employer and showing the employer’s name, or be accompanied by a letter from the employer, on their headed paper and signed by a senior official confirming they are authentic. Authenticating e-payslips is an important requirement. But a...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

To be honest with you I think both times the solicitors were just after the money. Both times I was told to appeal but I rejected that notion as I didn't have a leg to stand on. Really nervous about this application though. I felt I did everything right this time and took my time to get it all done...

My wife's biometrics date was 16th April a...

Re: Upcoming Rise of Income Threshold?

We need to get our immigrants from somewhere and I don't think there many countries left in Europe to join EU except for Turkey, and the way anti muslim sentiments are being encouraged I don't see it happening anytime soon. I don't think that you can stop people getting married overseas and if you d...

Re: PAKISTAN UK SPOUSE VISA APPEALS

From what I have read on the internet it is best to present all evidence at the time of application, however a lot of evidence can be considered after application but before time of decision but not things like a new English test or things that you are supposed to have before the application, after...

Re: PAKISTAN UK SPOUSE VISA APPEALS

Best of luck everyone. It is surprising how many times Judges themselves make errors of law or judgement which get overturned, so I guess there seems to be an element of luck to it all.

Re: P60 Requirment for Spouse Visa ....

Just get a letter from employer confirming that you got promoted and your earnings have gone up from February. Your last P60 should be over £18,000 so you are not off the mark much anyway.

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

Employment letter older than 28 days and 2wage slips were missing It is up to you to present the correct evidence and if you fail to provide the correct paperwork then it is bound to get refused, the ECO has no discretion. It would be useful if someone could comment about whether you can present ne...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

I highly doubt any June application would have got a decision for a spouse visa this quick, May is also unlikely as they are still dealing with April at this stage. You would have to know a lot of people applying in order to know 2 that got a decision already. I agree that after Aoril applications w...

Re: Marriage breakdown?home office

You informed the home office and the rest is between the home office and your wife, as you are still legally married. You don't need to any anything more. You cannot stop her from seeking a legal divorce. So just reply to the court and the solicitor would find a way to get the divorce, whether it is...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

I got some email the other day saying that Australia needed 100,000 immigrants and they are trying to attract skilled immigrants. You don't have to pay the fee unless you get the visa. Generally our economic well being is linked to attracting immigration, and with the decline in birth rates across t...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

It seems that they have decided 13 to 17 April applications and are communicating their decision. I would think that they are this week looking at 20 to 24 April applications and these people should be hearing next week. Quite a few people here applied around then so next couple of weeks should be i...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

I think is probably likely that if you book an appointment by the 5th July, then they will allow you to send the papers to Gerrys but after that you will have to send them to Sheffield.
