On what basis do you get vignette on passport and collect brc here from post office, or get a 33 months visa on passport? Is it due to whether your application is considered under old rules or new rules?

They would expect the wife to sponsor him otherwise it would get refused as they would see it as an attempt to bypass the rules for spouse visa.

To me if you have Pakistani passport then you have Pakistani nationality. You mean to say the millions of Pakistanis who haven't had a passport issued because they don't need to travel abroad are not citizens of Pakistan ..... just because they do not hold a Pakistani passport??
