Ok the questions are; Did you recieve a CoA, Biometric application? If not, they surely don't have your correct address. If you have and have actioned it? Either way don't bother calling them except you want to know whether or not they have completed the process of the application and/or havent sent...
We applied for mine and spouse's PR 4 months ago. We have not received CoA, biometric or any acknoledgement from the HO. Although they have made a withdrawal for payment of applications.
Any ideas on how to contact relevant department and advice on what we can do?

Did you receive the COA before you made the request of returning your passport? Thanks member, I haven't received COA, that's the least of my worries at the moment as my rc is yet to expire. If it's an emergency you need to travel abroad for, and you absolutely must go, you can probably apply to yo...
Hi all, I sent my pr application earlier this month. I needed to travel abroad urgently and I have requested to have my passport returned in other to do so. I must travel this week but I am yet to have my passport back. I have contacted them via https://eforms.homeoffice.gov.uk/outreach/Return_of_Do...
If I have that information I won't be here. As far I am aware, there're none. So UKVI/HO must justify £55 charges and £10 increases shortly after and in addition biometric cost attached which take total cost beyond the current comparator- UK passport
What do mean exactly by " and give them new information such as UK passport, driving licence etc not serving the purpose of the RC or PR. "? What specifically do you want to challenge in their findings? What i'm trying to convey is as follows is that uk passport or driving licence may not...
Happy New year all! Back in September I contacted the eu commission regarding PR fee exceeding UK passport. Hence preventing/ retricting my free movement rights. To be honest I can remember what else I included in the complaint and didn't keep I copy as I wasn't expecting them to respond at all. How...
1- What is the possibility of refusal of BC based on the above? 2- Are there any consideration for people like me who entered uk as a child? 3- If not of the circumstances above are considered, does the 10 year ban starts from the day HO is aware of my status i.e when I got arrested and served IS.9...
I suppose my story is well documented on this forum but here is a summary; 1- Entered Uk illegally as a child at 11 in 2001(not my own doing) 2- No form of documentation by dad and step mom at the time until when I got kicked out in 2005 3- Shortly before being kick-out of home, was registered to at...
So they came few days ago knocking our door like crazy, our neighbour opened, we were sleeping together and opened the door to the room for them, they were talking, asking about my work, gave them accountant's letter that she acts as my accountant, I don't do payslips as the money I get is small, i...
Personally I do not see the reason for panic here. It appears that you've qualified for PR regardless of the gaps (open to correction) at the start and end of your qualifying period, so long you can provide P60 for the 5 years. Where you can't provide P60, use payslips or statements of income for th...
I believed no one will stop the HO when they start to ask for where's our first job interview, and also the name of the interviewer just for the sake of RC/PR. You're right wise. Expecially for people that can't be bothered to know or exercise their rights. I agree with not providing documents that...
Wage slips and/or bank statements showing receipt of wages (this must cover each job you have/your sponsor has held during the relevant qualifying perio d) This was what I found from the PR guide note under Section 9: 'Relevant eea national's activity in the uk' https://www.gov.uk/government/upload...
It is my view that it shouldn't affect your application as I have once been adviced. However I don't have any law that backs that up, you have the statute/act and may use it to appeal should your spouse be denied PR.
You may want to check the 'claiming benefit' section of the board for more info.
From a non-eea point of view, there is no reason now or in future why you think you should spend almost £1000 to get a passport/nationality that doesn't give you any benefits whatsoever. Being Dutch, you have virtually the same rights (probably more) as BCs have. Not just in Europe but around the wo...
Hi I applied on November and done interview on your same day in liverpool after that no heard anything back. Same answer I'm receiving application is still under process. Hello, I got surprise visit by two immigration officers after 3 month i had my EEA2 visa. My husband has EU passport and lived a...
Glad I to help. Applying for PR isn't necessary, it only just help to ensure or confirm that he is a qualified person. Hence, you don't have to provide any P60 or statement of income other than the PR card when applying for your PR confirmation. Since your husband has not obtained a PR card then you...
Normally these benefits shouldn't affect your application. You have qualified for PR since January 2015. Provided your husband is a qualified person. Has your husband obtain PR yet? I will advice you to send your application asap. It doesn't matter if you didn't work, so long your EEA spouse continu...
Hi There, Does anyone know how far in advance can one can apply for PR (using the EEA(PR) version July '15) for a non-EEA family member who's 5 yr family residence permit is about to expire? Residence permit expires 7th Sept. '15. Can I send in the form now and include the £65 fee? Many thanks, Gar...
