Try section N

To the OP,

Buddy, is code 1142 not relevant to your job?

I think you could be classified as a customer care manager.

Have a look in Section N of codes of practice?

Cheers bud.

Reference number on enveloppe

Thanks for the reply.

You think I should put the case reference number on the enveloppe to make it easier for them or will that complicate things?

Thanks again

Father in the army during world war 2

Hi all

My father served in the british army from 28 January 1941 till 29.06.46. He had a passport stating that he was a british subject by birth. Mauritius was a british colony before gaining its independence.
Can I apply for ILR or any other sort of visa based on this?

thanks all

Thank you for your insight. I guess she will have to wait for another 5 year then, provided that the ILR rule does not change by then.

Feb 2012?

So do you think that even if she applies next year in feb 2012 she will be ineligible considering that should cover the 4 months from Nov 2010 to March 2011? OR Would you say that the visa that starts in March 2011 is a new one completely hence meaning that she can only apply for ILR in 2016? Thanki...
