My husband is on Tier 1 (general) visa. He got his visa already renewed in March 2011. Now My self and my son need to apply for extension of our Tier 1 Dependent visa as it is getting expired in July 2011. Can I submit my application form and my son's application form in same envelope ?

My husband is on tier 1(general) and he is applying for extension. He is an IT contractor and running his own company with 50% shareholding (rest 50%is hold by me ,wife). He is withdrawing monthly salary and dividend.
Whether he will be considered as employed or self employed?
