Can i apply Tier 2 (ICT) ?

Hi I had a Tier 2 ICT Visa which expired in May 2011. Now (in Jan 2012) my company wants to apply Tier 2 ICT Visa again. New rules from October 2011 says that there has to be a cooling period of 12 months before one can re-apply for Tier 2 visa after the old Tier 2 Visa expires. I want to know does ...

DX Secure collection point for BRP

Hi

I got a collection card from DX Secure while i was away this afternoon.
It does not give me address to collect but says it has to be collected from a local collection point. Do you know the address of local collection point in London?

Thanks

No dont worry about it. This was the case for me too (i got approval recently). As long as the amount exactly match and obvisouly the month matches, it can be few days here n there.

To be safe you should order statement from Bank. It might take few £ but you would be certain. Also for verification (if at all they contact ur bank) they would need your account number clearly mentioned on the form.

In my opinion all such allowances needs to be on your payslip for you to claim them as part of earnings.

NI is not deducted in first year for Tier 2 ICT.
There should be no problem with no tax deduction as long as she has all the evidences and right points.
