You are in problem as you used a fake CAS in the application.I think it was refused under paragraph 322(1A). If this is the case than I am afraid he need to prove his innocence/reason for doing this in upper tribunal otherwise he can,t apply for PSW.Because Psw application will be automatically ref...

Dear Friend, Thank you for your response As a professional myself, I do have a sense of scepticism when a matter seem somehow a bit unrealistic. However I reiterate my point that I am not misleading the forum. I believe one of the reasons why the decision may have swing in my favour is that over th...

Re: ilr

Do you know why some of the 10 yrs based application takes too long to get the result ? Because most of them have either gaps or any kind of offence or breach of visa condition like your application (don't be offended its just an example). Application without such kind of issues normally take 12/13...

Re: ilr

Seems me you are misguiding the forum . How its possible ? As per guideline the caseworkers use their discretion if there is a gap of up to 10 days, and also you had in breach of the student visa condition by working more than 20 hours/week. So its unbelievable. I'm sharing my journey to ilr with o...

I don't think HO would go as far as to remove settlement rights for T2 - especially since they plan to close T1(G). My guess is that they will crackdown on dodgy colleges, put extra restrictions on student visas (ie remove PSW, right to bring dependents, or work entitlement) and possibly T2 (ie sal...

Re: Is it fair?

It's unfair that a student from a top 20 university has to suffer or rather compete with a student who didn't even go to his/her enrolled institution to study for the degree. instead only came here to work. that's not fair. You put yourself in their shoes to try and understand how frustrating it is...

Re: Is it fair?

Is it fair to grant someone graduating with a HNC from a polytechnic, a visa to work in the U.K? Will this student become an economic burden to the country in a few years time? Should this student be treated in the same manner as someone graduating from Oxford or Cambridge with a MBA or a any degre...
