There shouldn't be a problem, I was on Tier 4 Visa valid until 30th April, and I finished my course early in September 2010. I entered the UK twice, once in January 2011 on T4 visa without being a student, I was asked couple of questions as to when are u due at Uni, I said I have finished my course...

1. Do not comment on sumfin u dont know and have not got a clue. 2. People who join PHDs will know about it and i have already said that depends on the uni. 3.
