Re: Would I qualify for ten year stay in 2014?

Hi good people, Can someone please look into my case for me as i know i would not be the only one with this situation. 1.I came to this country in october 2004 as a student. I applied to switch to post study in May 2009 and was refused on maintenance grounds only. I was asked to leave the country b...

I agreed with the previous member. How long has your spouse been in the UK as your dependent? If more than 3 years she can register at University as a home student. This means paying the same fees as the British students. This is not correct. What part of the student fee regulations are you referri...

following the Pankina judgement the rules have been changed to incorporate the 28 day requirement so if he made his application after 23 July 2010 then he needs to have had the funds for a consecutive 28 day period. Thanks Greenie. He has more than the required amount in his account now what will h...

EXTENSION REFUSED DUE TO SHORT OF MONEY

I met a guy (know him for a long time) on the London tube this evening and came to know that his student visa(T 4) extension application was refused recently with a right to appeal. The reason was: He had 500 pounds instead of 800 in his bank account for last 16 days of the 1 month required period !...

Shahzad One of my friend told me that they cant stop this scheme because it is inline with EU rather they will try to stop anyone staying 10 years. I agree with afnan. I can't see them...
