Thanks Ashish for the reply and it is highly appreciated. Also I have another question. For Cohabitation , should I need to add proof for covering 2 years fully or just adding the proofs randomly to cover 2 years.

As told earlier, I believe you will get the documents list in earlier posts. Additionally you may need to add certification for TB, where no x ray needed but letter from certified doctor needed. Check the earlier posts for the same. Hope your child received the indian passport in UK.
