Hi senior members, based on my situation what is the earliest date I can apply for ILR.

I am on T1 General, below is my visa history:

Visa granted: 16-Oct-2008
Entered first in UK: 3-Dec-2008
Extension granted: 23-Nov-2012
Visa expiry: 23-Nov-2013

Please advice, many thanks.

The date change based on when extension is granted. It doesn't have any affect when initial visa was granted.

I know that my wife need to apply for FLR before ILR. Can she apply FLR with my ILR application? I believe, I should apply a day visa and then my wife can straight away apply for FLR.

Dependant is child or partner?

If main applicant meet the requirements of maintenance funds then it should be good enough.

Gerrys asking for 2 Original bank statement

Border agency in Pakistan doesn't mention any of those requirements. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/...
