Hi,
me and my friend went to a solicitor and he said that my friend cant apply now or wont be successful.

his last conviction was on 1-2-2011 and he had to pay fine so he has to wait 5 years from that date.

What do you think?

The touting conviction was on 21/0/2008 not 1998.

it has not yet paased 3 years.

Eligibility for BC of a Spouse of BC

HI INCYWINCY, You can apply for Naturalization any time after 17 February 2013. You need to reside in the UK only for 3 years if you married to BC and dont have to wait 1 year after ILR.

Hi Oke1, This is the letter I was talking about.

For your betterment, you should apply now with all relevent

documents and explaining in a cover letter.

If you do now, you will not need any document from you spouse

when you apply for PR in later time.

Since her first job,she changed 4 jobs and never registrerd for those.


Last year she applied for PR and was granted in very short time.
