Thank you very much, And one more thing. My wife has done her degree which taught in English. Should we need to apply NARIC for Degree comparability to prove it was taught in English. Tier 4 relates to uk immigration category whereas EEA2 RC alls under EEA law. Tier4 time cannot be counted towards getting PR under EEA law.

Despite answering questions is relatively easier for genuine couples but still interview is a psychologically and emotionally demanding practice which beforehand preparation is imperative. But much appreciation to op post for sharing this valuable information for the entire board.

Also it seems that the UK is seeking to issue to a biometric card to EEA applicant. Maybe they will argue the fee is to cover that cost (but then there is no equivalent card for Brits).

Just go ahead and apply EEA2 for your non-eea partner based on your 16 hours working and that should not be a problem as long as your "employment is a genuine and effective activity for remuneration".
