Many thanks for declaring in advance to reader as what kind of question you asking in 1st line. @bonita
If obtaining ni number is so urgent then better to request back the passport for ni interview that won't affect the case. OR request duplicate coa by writing and explain the reason and ask for its priority by attaching a prepaid envelope.

@krystal. If you as eea national is doing job then its enough to excercise treaty to apply rc for your husband. For this there is no need to buy medical insurance or attaching your non-eea husband's job detail that is irrelevant. You just attach your payslips/job confirmation letter. Unfortunately e...

if your eea partner is excercising its treaty rights on the basis of self employment than keep in mind that for this mode ukba always want to see more extended documents for more extended time not certainly 2 months one. For guidance there is a special sticky thread available at the top of the page.

It is clearly mention in the long residence and private life guidance that under this scenario the caseworker will use discretion and allow such time to 10 year long residence category as long as the eea national should be excercising its treaty rights. just refer to it and you will find it very cle...

Re: New rule 9th july 2012 and Ilr

On 9th July 2012 ukba changed the rules for ILR qualifying period time. Does that affect to those people too who already spend their legal stay of 10 years with continuous visa extensions. Does this 10 years continuous residence still lead to ILR or to the grant of further 2 years visa followed by ...

Remember, there is no escape from the requirement that an eea national should not be burden on state benefits and housing and income support are major benefits and violate this criteria. Although your earlier restlessness seems a wise plan ...

Write a covering letter indicating your old reference number along with your new eea2 form and supporting documents. Hopefully you must get new rc on passport as the same department deal eea2 & eea4.

It must be an additional undisclosed measure in processing the application at the taxpayer expense. Most likely these different colors may be to facilitate their own internal judgement regarding each individual case. Exactly nothing can be predict as its totally new.

The application is about to be finalized but caseworker has got doubts that is why the property has been visited. But not knowing the partner's parent name should not be a good impression despite living same address because many different tenants can live in same property in different rooms.

Of course the personal circumstances are considered but everything need some rationale/touchstone in order to measure/weigh up the legitimacy of case. And that 2 years is a rationale in order to claim that the personal circumstances shows the relationshp durability.

what do you think the guideline on eea2 form is? you mean that its just for information without the need to comply with it. Can you show us any legislation or even one single case where the eea2 is being granted on 13 months relationship that is almost half of the required time.

with regret to say you cannot meet the criteria especially due to insufficient time spent with eea national. The minimum time period is 2 years to meet the criteria and you must have joint bank statements, utility bills and tenanct agreement etc.

if you read deeply the thread called EEA2 TIMELINE then you will know that many applicants got relatively more unprecedented turnover than you means less time than yours. Its really depend on an individual caseworker as how efficient he is despite attaching all relevant documents.
