Do you have atleast the ukba notification that they send while returning the passport after stamping the visa. That may work with your new passport.

I believe the phone operator just randomly said to check coa with your solicitor as because many times ukba assume and send coa to solicitor address if an applicant is applying through solicitor. A true relation with eea national and all documents on application form make an applicant a solicitor hi...

your 2nd application will be processed again within 6 months. And if you have corrected the refusal reason in your 2nd application then it might be processed earlier depending on the caseworker discreation.

under EU regulation obtaining/holding visa does not matter as along as you are living with EEA national partner and he/she is excercising its EU treaty rights student, self sufficient, self employed, worker etc.

Despite being job seeker is a way to excercise eu treaty rights but its bit difficult to prove that a job seeker will not become the burden on public funds that is highly crucial point to determine before approving the EEA2. Caseworker always want to see that the EEA job seeker must have worked atle...

There is no place where ukba is not guaranteed to not to disrupt. Normally overstayer does not demonstrate or even keep its passport and that is the main document along with the proof of address to be shown at register office while giving wedding notice. Even though they may accept other proof of id...

I cannot recommend that because neither i tried that nor personally seen anyone but generically eea1 is issued by ukba itself after all checks including eea national's passport too and same should be known to airport staff too. I hope later on experienced members/gurus/moderators will refer you to t...

Driving licence is irrelevant for travel. Eea1 is a card containing eea national's details and confirming its identity with picture and without expiry date. Its must work as its being issued by ukba itself after passport check but if she has her country national identity card then it will be more th...

Only bank can ask about change of signature especially in those occasions when passport need for ID check but still on explaining them the reason there should no...

@fysicus Yes still there is need to meet requirements even its optional. But he is saying ENFORCING HIS REMOVAL. The most noticeable point here is that why ukba order you to leave despite the fact they know that if you not qualify for eea4 now then atleast can apply another eea2 again and non-possession/expiry of visa not make a person illegal under eu rules.

Yes jambo its true that a lot of ones are already getting nhs based treatment. But this csi requirement is really very tricky and most interesting the caseworker itself should not have any criteria just discretion.

Ok. You give me reply that as you saying that csi is only need for eea national not other members. For example if eea national student's family member sick and getting nhs treatment because of not being covered by csi then do you think is this family's resources should be classied as sufficient desp...

In regulation 4(2) still its not clear because they discuss clearly about csi to be needed by all family members for self sufficient (1c). But for students (1d) they not clarify it rather they just emphasis on the need of sufficient resources for eea national family not to become burden on benefits....

Ehic is only valid for temporary stay. But as a student still all family members need to cover by csi policy (it can be checked on ukba website where rights & responsibilities of european national written just read the paragraph called EVIDENCE OF COMPREHENSIVE SICKNESS INSURANCE).

The easiest option can be self sufficient by demonstrating some savings and buying private medical insurance for whole family as because cash generated money looks very odd but as savings it should be fine for self sufficiency.
