Spouse British (Wife on ILR)

Hi

I have a question on behalf of my friend.

Her spouse is a British Citizen, however she has just received her ILR in April 2016.

Does she need to await 1 year before she can apply for her British Citizenship or she can apply any time

Thanks

Re: Tier 2 policy guidance for ILR applications from 6 Apr 2

Hi

So anyone applying after 6th April 2016, will they have to count absences, including if they entered late in the country.

I entered after 98 days, so will i have to include 98 days in my absence sheet for my first year.

trying to get my head round.

You will need to apply for extension as i had the same issue with my Visa and had ...

Re: Speeding 3 points on licence

Not sure if this will help however I had applied for mt t2 extension and was honest, I have read many posts where people have been refused as they did not disclose it. I put a copy of my counterpart to show that this was my only offence and got 3 points with £100 fine. I had my extension approved, a...
