I had applied to UK Naric in 2013 however they said they cannot do a compatibility check on my document and didnt even refund my money.

hence i didnt bother going through uk naric but whenver i applied for my original application and extension got 10 points.

So Can i apply before Feb 28 days visa stamp date (physically stamped in april back dated in feb) or the date i entered 28 days.

Hi In my experience, i dint show any bank statements as my employer gave a letter. However if your employer does not give you a letter, you can show a bank statement i am not sure if its for continuous 6 months or 3 months but your maintenance fund should not go below £945 for the continuous period....

This is interesting

As i entered 98 days after entry clearance and have only 10 days abroad.
so will i be eligible as my visa date on passport is 6 th Feb 2011 and entered 12th May 2011.

so would i be able to apply in Jan 2016

Like stated my passport was requested in April 2011 and backdated the visa for Feb 2011

I have colleagues at my work place where there 10+ on t2 visa, and they state they dont see entry date but visa stamp date.
