Hi ah_Kassem, It was a bureaucratic error on administrator level either by college or Home Office. I had given the application in full including all required docs. Application form was returned to me incomplete. It was quite obvious that 2 pages, sponsor's letter and my pitures were missing. It was ...

ILR GAP

Yes.

Call me on 07809772927 if you wish.

I think your case is also quite easy like mine case. It is just UKBA's case workers not knowing the real facts.

ILR GAP

Hi Rizwan,

Pre action protocol letter reply was received in 6 weeks. Next step is lodging the JR file in the Administrative court. The cost of JR is varied depending on barrister's experience and you solicitor's charges. I have paid around £6000.

What was the reason of your gap?
Did you have a right of appeal if not you have 3 months to lodge your JR.

ILR GAP

Hi Rizwan, I am sorry to hear about your ILR issue. According to my poor knowledge you need to seek highly skilled immigration QC (Queen's Counsel Barrister). I have seeked an advise from Ian Macdonald QC. I have paid about £500 an hour +VAT to prepare JR grounds. It was 5 hours + solicitor's charg...
