Passport Validity less than 4 months.Eligible for ILR

Hi All,
I have just completed my 5 years stay in UK and am eligible for ILR. But my passport will be expiring in Oct 2011. Can I apply for ILR with passport validity period less than 6 months. Could you anyone please advise.

Just to reiterate what maximux79 & allgo has said, I had submitted the HSBC duplicate (Not Photocopy) bank statements and have received the dependant visa for my son under Tier 1 general category.

Tier - 1 Dependant Visa

Hi All,
I had applied for dependant visa for my son under Tier -1 general category on 19 Jan. Still the status is showing as "Under process at BHC" . Appreciate if anyone applied around that time and got the visa?
