Re: Urgent - Child BRP - how to send additional information to Home Office?

Thank you ywlgy. By God's grace, BRP arrived by courier today! Just in time for our flight tomorrow.
Grateful for this forum indeed, when there was nowhere to look for any information.

Thank you.

Re: Urgent - Child BRP - how to send additional information to Home Office?

hi, Happy to inform that I have just received the 'application successful' message from Home Office! So the conclusion is that we have to reply to the same email - even though it says 'notmonitored' in the email id. Thank you Vinny for your support. You might want to add this to the FAQ so may help ...

Re: Urgent - Child BRP - how to send additional information to Home Office?

OK, thanks for your prompt reply again Vinny. Honestly there were no instructions in the email whatsoever about how to provide the additional documentation - only a threat that we will proceed on the basis of already submitted documents if you don't provide the additional proof! I might consider a c...

Re: Urgent - Child BRP - how to send additional information to Home Office?

OK, thanks Vinny for your reply. I have done that. Was a bit skeptical since the email id is the following atlasnotifications.notmonitored@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and has notmonitored in the id itself. Anyways, if this is the way to get back to them, then great. Now keeping fingers crossed that the ca...

Re: Urgent - MN1 application for Child born in India

Hi, We got it via PBS Tier1. Anyways, long story short, I think I would be taking a gamble if I apply for my son along-with me! So probably better off holding off his application. Just wish all related people (NCS/HO helpline etc.) had the same version to avoid confusion). Thanks for your help, Same...

Re: Urgent - MN1 application for Child born in India

Hi,
Father's visa: flr-m
Father will be eligible for ILR in 2022.
Ok, so it might help with admissions or not. That's fine.
With such state of affairs, would it make sense to apply for son along-with me now?
Thanks,
Archana

Re: Urgent - MN1 application for Child born in India

Thanks for your replies. As Char has correctly pointed out, my son holds an ILR for more than two years now, same as mine. Reason for posting on this forum is I called up the nearest NCS and they told me that it is a requirement to have ILR for both parents. Then I called up the HO helpline where th...

Hi, I am about to apply for my own BC using form AN having held ILR for close to two years. My dependent son aged 10 has ILR along with me. He was born outside of UK and his father has a dependent visa. The guidance(and FAQ) talks about descretion by Home Secretary. Would it be wise to apply BC for ...

Re: Can spouse apply for dependent visa during my BC applica

Thank you CR001 for your reply and suggestions. Pls correct me if I got it wrong. You are saying that 1. if I apply via NCS, I will get by original documents back and then he can his dependent visa before his visa expires either in person or via postal application. 2. If I apply my BC via postal app...

Re: ILR SET(O) Queries - pls help

Hi,
Regarding the question 1 above, I have found the sponsorship letter by my employer to the visa officer which has the sponsorship no and the COS number for my Tier 2 visa. Would this suffice for the evidence?

Could someone pls respond soon?

Thanks,
Sameeha
