Hi all wondering if some one can help me. I came in uk in 2002 under general student. I still hold tier4. I got 5 years old son who born in uk. Can I apply for ILR under human rights article 8.

Hi I hold tier4 visa since 2002. My wife joined me in 2005 as depandant student. She went back and switch her visa to student. She has got non tier 4 visa. Is there any chance to switch my visa to dependent while staying in the uk.
