i dont think so. Just call up 08459154515 and ask them to issue your class 2 NI invoice. I hope you called up the correct HMRC number. They generated the Class 2 NI invoice for my friend just last week and he already received it. Just keep chasing them.

What i have learned from my experience is that if it is a cheque payment, allow 7-10 working days for the payment to be deducted. If it is a debit card payment, u should allow atleast 5 working days. I am sure your visa fees will get deducted this week. Don't loose patience. All the best:) Keep us p...

dont worry abt the UTR number. That always takes tme to come. U can call HMRC at 08459154515 and ask them to send your Class 2 NI Invoice which is for self employment. Class 2 NI invoice comes within 7-10 days. Once you receive your class 2 NI invoice, you dont need your UTR number. The policy guida...

It is £533 if the main applicant is in the UK for more than 12 months.

It is very clearly mentioned in the UKBA guidelines. You should show £533 as maintainance fund for your wife.

There is no need to notify UKBA whenever you move house. You are free to change any houses/flats while you are in the UK. UKBA is not interested in knowing how many houses you changed. Hope this clarifies.

Maintainance Fund and Overdraft!! Big Problem

I notice that there are some confusion regarding the account going overdrawn and wether or not it will affect the Tier 1 application. please see below, response from the UKBA. It obviouly affect the Tier 1 G application, as far as claiming points for maintainance is concerned. ______________________...

yes, it will affect your application. The 90 days have to be from the date statement is issued. You will not get points for maintainance. do you have any other funds anywhere in the world? if, yes, you can use them to cover this.
