Tier 1 Maintainance fund and Overdraft account

I am in similar situation and i send an email to the UKBA regarding the same. This is what i got the reply from them. Tom Houghton clearly indicates that it does affect the application in NEGATIVE way as far as maintainance funds are concerned. ________________________________________ From: EFM Corr...

Biometrics is just a part of the application process. It doesn't mean that your application is decided. Best thing would be to send a change in circumstance form and include the UTR letter. Mention everything clearly in the change of circumstance form. You should be ok.

It is no more £16000 to claim UK experience. The new threshold is £25k if you want to claim UK experience based on your income.

As far as you have sent your class 2 NI Bill with your application, you are OK. Either u need to send the UTR number or class 2 NI invoice. dont need both. Read the revised policy guidance which clearly lists out all the documents needed while applying as self employed.

You should be OK. But explain everything clearly in your cover letter and NEVER hide any factual information.
