Is it not a problem as you have done it? -- I can see your point, however the visitor wants to visit us but they would be staying in hotel. In this case we cant specify the relative name in this sect...

T1(G) extension and tenancy agreement

Do we need to submit tenancy agreement when I apply for T1(G) extension and dependent visas? If yes, will it be an issue in extending the visa if I stay in a 1 bedroom flat with 3 dependents (me + my wife + 2 babies).

Thanks for the replies. It should be fine if the Original documents returned immediately, otherwise my parents are bit scared to submit the originals.

Original/photocopies of supporting docs for visitor visa

Hi, My parents would be submitting the visitor visa very soon. Is it must to submit the original property documents and original fixed deposits (from their side) along with the application? Or is it fine to submit the photocopies of those documents?

Thanks for your response. I also preferred to book hotel, I hope case-worker will not care about my parents staying in a hotel rather than with me.

Hi all, I will put my query bit straightforward instead of asking in detail. Please can anyone help. If my parents applied the family visitor visa at the same time then the applications will be handled by the same case worker for sure or there is chance of handling different case worker? Regards, jkks
