I am claiming salary from 01 June 2012 to 31 May 2013 and get sufficient points, will be this fine.I am bit confused, i have not worked in month of june 2013 and july 2013.

I get salary by cheque and when it is deposited in my bank (Llyods Tsb) it does not show company name or 'salary' in statement,It shows a cheque number.Is this OK

My wife passport was applied after marriage and the surname got changed,from her previous fathers surname,
But in the marriage certificate it shows her fathers surname,is this ok,
or i need to get some proof for name changed.

My basic pay as per uk minimum wage (£5.3Per hour)
And holiday pay (0.72Perhour)
and all rest amount is paid in 'profit Bonus'
and all these 3 are calculated as gross pay.
