Regarding the profit loss stmt,it's very important aspect according to the ukba you check with your accountant ,he can give the entire company balance sheet even though it is less than 1year old.
Mine waz a permanent job + limited company case. my-company waz only 7months old.
I got my visa approved.

I got my tier 1extension mine waz employer+self employment(director
Of ltd company).thanks to Almighty and all the forum members for their helpful advice.

What is the meaning of IMHO?
I do have employers letter stating all my 12months salary on company letter head along with my directors sign.
Some companies do not have stamp at all,what else can we do.
Please others also advice

i think there should be no confusion abt points, since we have a mail from richard jackson itself ,which is very clear. people applied before july19th 2010 for tier1 the points required were 95 i.e 75+20. but for applicants who applied after july19th 2010 it is 100 i.e 80+20. so for extension we nee...
