Ho asked for more documents

Just recieved a acknowlegdement letter

Hi just recieved an acknowledgement letter from ho about my patners application it says we will contact u to let u know what steps to take next in processing your application and also if there is a problem with ur payment there shouldnt be because the application was put through a lawyer

Hi my partners soliciter just put in his application on Friday when will I receive an acknowledgement letter from home office they told him to return back on the 29.08.2013 what would happen about that as the application was just put in on the Friday gone

what country is he from syeda? Pakistan? He can go to pak embassy in uk and make his passport with the HO papers. Syeda i dont understand one thing when u went for NIno interview they shouldnt have rejected the HO papers as id that in one way proves his id also. Really this is really confusing. When...

syeda when your partner gets his stay then he can apply for his passport and they wil surely accept that plus i think then he will also be entitled to benefits without any problem. hi u can still claim hb and council tax it wont affect ur partners ilr app because he has no recourse to public funds so hb and council tax will only be on your name. He will be on the claim but wont get any hb or council tax hope this helps
