I have mentioned this in the other Cos Thread also. Our HR Department has also told me to wait until they discuss with UKBA on the morning of 6th about the CoS allocations! Hi

I was told that they will discuss with UKBA on the 6th ! My visa expire on the 9th April and as I am making an in-country application and going from the Statement of Intent published in Oct( I think) last year this should already have been allocated. Would appreciate if anybody else can let us know ...

Thanks for your replies. I am having to wait- there is no other option, as my employer (at least the HR ) says they have run out of CoS. But the strange thing is they had promised to do it on the 4th April and since have not said any different, eventhough now the interim limit has been extended to 5...
