I was on HSMP from June 2006 till June 2008 and there after on Tier 1.
I am short of 1 month for ILR so need an extension. Can i apply for Tier1 extension in March(2 months before my visa expiry)?
And if I can, will i pay the reduced fee(fee for HSMP) or normal fee of 850?
