damn i never knew this. My solicitor at that time told me that i had to wait for 1 year from iLR to apply for it :( with holidays i meant to say i have been in the uk since 2004 but just used to go on annual holidays for a week or more. Yep Casa, My wife is going along with me. I was thinking of doing the whole SET M form photocopy, 6 bills for mobile, council tax, pay slips, p60, etc etc and 12 months of bank statements. What do you say.

No Raj, there is no limit, only thing that you need to know is that the test costs £34.70 each time and you will have to wait for 7 days to book another if you fail once.
