Submitted my application more than a year ago. I have been sending chaser emails to HO every 2-3 month but they only thing I receive is standard copy-paste replies. any ideas what I can do? I am on the same timeline (Feb-2020). sent a chaser and got a response back saying they are carrying out some enquiries through some "agencies" and waiting for the outcome of those "enquiries" from those "agencies". not sure what enquiries and what agencies... any thoug...

[I am also on the same timeline is you and have received an almost identical email albeit without doing any chasing. I think this was their way of saying it's going to take more than 6 month so dont bother chasing us...

I a talking about applicants, who had straight forward case, worked hard got their leave to remain then after 5 years got ILR. Then applied for BC. I am pretty sure HO have had done checks already when they gave ILR. So what’s the point delaying more than 6 months for just another year checks? COVI...

It's the value you put on your money really. Knowing the inflexibility of some Home Office Caseworkers, I would wait August 2020 + 2 or 3 months minimum to be on the safe side. Hello everybody.
need some help with my application regarding 10 year time laps for breach of immigration rules.
basically granted ILR in Sep 2010 but found in breach of immigration rules in August 2010 (lucky!!).
Do I have to exactly to August 2020 to apply? are they that strict?
