Hi all Am about to apply for my ILR (3 years WP + 2 years T1) shortly - just had a quick question. I have all my salary slips etc but am missing one of my P60s ( I have 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011 - missing 2010) . I wrote to my company's tax office and they sent me a P60 duplicate but it is a black and ...

Part time studying while on Tier 1 (General)

Hi All

A quick question - does the Tier 1 General visa allow the holder to pursue a part time (evening course) while working ?

I would be grateful for a quick response - thank you.

Yes, I think you cannot get online appointments anymore - I believe the option must have been removed because all slots are full. Your only hope of an online appointment is to google for Immigration solicitors and ask them if they have any slots left (they sometimes have slots booked for their clien...

Sorry but where does it say that they read the cover letter very meticulously? The cover letter is only useful if there is stuff that may be confusing. For my last extension, I did not send any cover letter, just the form, payslips and bank statement - all of which were enough. As for the additiona...

congrats ! I agree with everyone that this is one postive post and very useful. Thanks tall_funky The PBS thing is a bit confusing though. I guess I am just looking for ex IIM graduates to just share their ex...
