thanks peppekalle. Since you asked, I am withdrawing due to 2 main reasons, first I dont think my appeal will lead me anywhere, second I had only appealed against their decision to be able to stay here for some time (had to finish off some work) which now I have done, so its not the end of the world...

upper tribunal

Hi, Can any of the senior forum members please respond to my queries? CASE I have today received a refusal from the first tier tribunal on my appeal to resubmit my case in the upper tribunal. However, I have been given a chance to appeal to the upper tribunal itself to appeal for resubmission of the...

thanks for your reply. However, I believe I read in one of the other topics that only 5 days are given to appeal to the higher tribunal or if one fails to appeal then leave the country within 28 days. Also, could someone please let me know if I need to send any further documents to the tribunal befo...

time allowed to leave country

Hello, Can anyone please tell me that how long are you given to pack up and leave the UK if your first appeal at the tribunal is not allowed? and you don't wish to go to the higher tribunal. I just need to gain some time here (about 2 months) of the hearing date of the first tribunal. Also, the appe...

Thank you very much. This seems much official. Much appreciated.

I have seen some posts where the hearing date was within 1 month of the date appeal filed.

Would appreciate if anyone gone through this process also share their experience in terms of time it took.

Hi, I'm in the same situation. Applied on the 3rd of Feb and nothing yet. As far as I know there has been incidents where they would give their decision within 2 weeks or make us wait months (as long as they want). Have they made any attempts to contact the applicants clients yet? they havent in my ...

sushdmehta, if i may, sola123 had only responded to my question as I was asking an update from people in the same situation as me, as opposed to bringing up any queries.

which PEO did you go to? also, did you go on the 1st of Feb or 1st of Jan?

as it would seem they contacted your clients after 3 weeks?

Did they contact all your clients or some of them?

I'm in the same boat as you are. It's diabolical, they havent even contacted my clients yet.

Thanks

Hi,

Does anyone know what to do if you miss a delivery from the UKBA sent by DX - Secure. I think they dont leave you a note/card so you can collect/re-arrange for the delivery?

Thanks

from my count it seems that its currently the 6th week for your application. 4th for me. Although from your other post it would seem like your case is a bit more complicated due to foreign earnings. I tried calling UKBA the other day and they told me straight away that they dont get any info on my a...

Thank you both of you for your replies. It was indeed held back "pending further inquiries" but as stated earlier they haven't made any attempts to contact any of my client or accountant. So, I guess it may take longer than 3-4 weeks. I will certainly updated this topic as soon as I hear a...

PEO application - Grilling

Hi, I applied for a T1-G visa at a PEO office on the 3rd of Feb. However, upon grilling me for 45 minutes the case worker did not make a decision on the same day and wouldn't give me a time frame either. The thread with all the timelines are usually for applications through post, so im just wonderin...
