Re: Divorced but want to settle in UK

You will have to bring the children in first, and then she can apply to join the children. Is there another way to do it as she will not want me to take the children there without her? Also, what application should I be looking at? I want to read the rules and requirements to make sure she qualifies.

Sorry, I misunderstood you. I meant you would need to prove it if you was married to him. I don't see your previous partners application having any negative effect on this latest one. They may look at the case harder but it won't make any difference to you providing your relationship evidence is str...

My baby was also born outside of the UK and also was told a long waiting time because the application needed to be sent to Germany! It took over 2 months for my application to get processed so if you need it fast then I would recommend you apply for the certificate of entitlement.

Should I be selling assets to help ILE application

I have a few "assets" as a bank would put it (a few flats, car, investments etc) The Visa application is for my wife, she has almost all of these assets in her name so would it look bad on the application if it looks like we plan to keep hold of these assets or should we be suggesting in t...

Since this is legitimate income in the UK - you'll be able to hire an accountant who will be able to produce business accounts for you. You'll also have your registration as a sole trader (or ltd company) and the fact you're paying NICs. That's how. Of course - if the income is illegal in the UK to...
