Hi everyone
It is great day for us, today we recieved our residence card.

17 NOVEMBER 2010 first applied
DECEMBER 2010 recieved COA
08 MARC 2011 residence card

They issued residence card 03/03 very nice coincidence that is my birtday:))

I wish could luck to everyone.

hi again mimine My wife she is Polish and qualifed person, i think best thing for you to check UKBA website under Europan Citizens section there is explained well who is qualified person. I am working at the moment, in my COA is clearly indicated that i can show COA as a proof for work permission it...

Hi mimine30 i read yr all story only part i can answer is about overstaying. I was same like you more than 5 years overstayer and i had very bad immigration records such as seeking asylum, applying business visa etc. however there is some difference ,although living with my partner 4 years together ...
