Reason was that father is retired, has no source of income and they are not satisfied that they will leave the country at the end of their stay.

How come 1700 for one dependent ??

I heard tht we should maintain 600 for each dependant.

I want to ask that if a student complete his 10years after April 2011, (as i'm gonna complete my 10 years lawfully in 2013) so can he apply for ILR on basis of 10years long residence in UK?
I've heard lots of rumours around that this 10years long residency has been finished now.
