Hi , One of my friend ( Indian passport holder) who is having dependent visa in Germany , can he apply for UK visitor visa if UK citizen give him reference ?? No restriction, but he won't get any brownie points either. His application will be treated as just as any other application by an Indian. He will need to meet the same requirements and prove that he intends to return to his country of habitual residence (in his case, Germany) after the visit visa ...

long gap - I did not catch this ...
First visit sept 2013 - March 7th 2014.

As of now july 6th I booked ticket ... what would be best time considering long gap ..

Hi Thanks Is this for re-application to get visitor visa or immigration officer who admit passengers to let in to UK ? One of my frriend applied visiting visa for her parents within 3 months of their parents previous visit . It was refused for the same reason as timing between visits. i dont know ho...

Call the same number, ask them for a private ceremony. They've miost likely received notification of your naturailisation, so they'd be able to tell when they can fix a ceremony for you. I think cost differs according to council, I think mine was 60 pounds. Thanks, I did it for this coming friday 1...

Hi Respected Users, I got my approval this monday ....and contacted council today and they said that Aug 15th is the next ceremony ...and also they said questionarie willl be sent to me ...after filling it ...and then they woll set it for me it seems... just thinking of going for private ceemony ......

Unfortunately, no one but a caseworker can say for sure whether the application will be refused or deferred. Depends on what their internal procedures are, for such a case. If the guidance says so (decision to be deferred), I am sure that will happen. Or that is what should happen. as per guidance ...

If the caseworker cannot verify the LITUK test result on paper with the UKBA's system for the purpose, the application will be refused - I am sure there is a reason why UKBA asks applicants to wait for 2 working days, otherwise why not let applicants attend a PEO appointment in the afternoon after ...

Have you got the LIUK Test pass certificates with you. If yes then it should suffice. But then you never know how the case worker deals with it. As for the rebooking the appointment the people working on documents checking counter can book the next available appointment within the week. Happened wi...

Hi, Yes 2 days are important that is what even people in the test centre will say but you could ask them that if it is 2 working days or 2 days, makes a lot of difference in your case.
