He will need to meet the same requirements and prove that he intends to return to his country of habitual residence (in his case, Germany) after the visit visa ...

Call the same number, ask them for a private ceremony. They've miost likely received notification of your naturailisation, so they'd be able to tell when they can fix a ceremony for you. I'm trying to get answers to this exact question. I interpret it as having to re-prove age, qualification and income for Tier 1 application (Not original HSMP Application). Age is in Passport and the application form to transfer from HSMP to Tier 1 said not to resend degree certificate so won't bot...
