Hi, does anyone know by what postal method the approval is sent if applied through NCS? i.e. 1st, 2nd class or Special Delivery? Thanks I haven't seen one, but I understand it is 2nd class post. £851 cant stretch to 1st class means there would be not profit init for them :lol: Or even 2nd class rec...

After submition it won't be counted, but in your case as you travel alots, you have to call UKBA and explain that you need to travel regularly for your business then see what they can advice you with; this is just to be in the safe side....in my case I sent a letter because I traveled only once for...

I didn't see this, but it happened to me. and this information was provided by UKBA in Leverpol when I called them. So, a month after I applied, if I go on a 5-day break out of the UK [counted as 3 days absence] I should notify UKBA? And, do they expect that business people who might travel abroad ...

Under normal law in the UK and in particular relating to contracts it is the date of sending that is important and not the date of receipt however this can be over written by wordings in agreements, laws, contracts etc. Have no idea how UKBA play the game, certainly their fees notice nor the parlia...

It's always better to book as early as possible so that you can get date of your choice. I booked mine 2 months in advance

I think it is also a bit different for countries that don't allow dual citizenship, like India.

My country [and many others] allows dual citizenship, so getting UK one is not a question of one or the other.
