ILR PEO Cancellation

Hi,

Originally, I booked PEO service at Cardiff 26th April in March but cancelled 2 weeks ago in some reason.
And I got cancelleation text from UKBA on the day I cancelled but Today I got a reminder text not to be late.
I'm just worried If I'm ok or not. Office is closed today..

@waijei2 If you are paid monthly, then you'll just have to apply without the raised payslip, but I would suggest consulting a lawyer. @ waijei, I think you probably will not have probably as it is a spent conviction. You can always check if you google to see how long it specificies on ROA to become 'spent'. Amazing and pity for those who are due in April end.Anyhow thanks for your support,I will inform you my result as i will go for it after checking all ends as its worth a try. Now anything speeding fine by court or any county court fine is like same as custodial because 5 years have to wait for ILR....
