I tried dial 06232500 since 10 and got into queue after 11, then 25-30 minutes of waiting on the line

Finally I've got through the line today , applyed March 09, at the moment application at the minister office for decision, the lady advised to give it another 2-3 months

I'm waiting since March 2009 and no answer so far, I tried number of times to get through the line last week, but the line wasn't working. Did anyone else tried to call them recently?

Hi guys! I got the acknowlegment letter today that my additional documents were received on 20 th of June but the thing I didn't send any documents at all. So it should be mistake or whatelse?! I've just called them the other day and found out that the case is in the final stage. Do I need to reply...

Just got through the helpline, took me 20 mins, applied March 2009, ref number 68/29../09 - the lady said it's in the final stage, ready to go to the minister or at a minister, but didn't gave any timeline

The average time from application to decision is now at 25 months.
The section is currently commencing further processing of applications received in mid 2009.
